Shipping policy

Cady's Tobacco ships all online orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order status, contact us at cadystobacco@gmail.com.

Please note that some items ship directly from our supplier and may arrive separately from other items in your order. Delivery times may vary slightly for these products.

Cady's Tobacco ships to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

For local Macomb, IL customers — in-store pickup is available at no charge. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 24 hours.
